Faulty goods shall be returned in accordance with the Rules for Return and Change of Items, approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 No. 217 “On approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items”.

When returning quality goods, the following conditions must be met:

The Buyer’s notification to the Seller about the return of the goods shall be provided in accordance with the terms set for the return of the goods — 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The item must not be damaged/broken by the Buyer.

The returned item must be in original orderly packaging, unused (not tested), should not lose its merchant appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of return of a defective item).

The returned item must be of the same set as it was received.

When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide the received invoice or other document proving the purchase.

If the item is not complete, damaged, untidy, or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, refuse change it and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product.

Return of goods:

The cost of the return of quality goods are paid by the buyer.

Faulty goods are returned or replaced at the expense of the seller. When returning or exchanging goods, it is necessary to provide a purchase invoice and a receipt/invoice received after payment for the return sending services.

Money back conditions

After receiving the goods and assessing their condition, the amount paid for the goods shall be returned within 30 days from the date of return of the goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

If quality goods are returned, only the value of the purchased goods shall be returned (shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer)

If defective goods are returned, the sum of the value of all goods and the shipping costs incurred by the Buyer shall be refunded.

If the Buyer wants to exchange defective goods with quality goods (items), the Seller pays only the shipping costs incurred by the Buyer and delivers quality goods to the Buyer at his own expense.
