1.2. Buyer — a natural or legal person who has acquired goods in the online store

1.3. Rules for the processing of personal data (later referred to as the Rules), regulate the basic principles of collection, processing, and storage of personal data, which are the Data controller uses as a base for processing the Buyer’s personal data.


2.1. This Privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures of collection, processing and storage of personal data of the electronic store (later referred to as the “Data Controller”) and of the client (later referred to as the “Buyer”).

2.2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is governed by this Privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts.

2.3. By specifying your personal data in the E-shop, you agree that the Data controller will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedures provided for in this Privacy Policy and legislation.

2.4. The Data controller undertakes to sell the goods to natural persons who are not younger than 16 years. If the Buyer is under 16 years of age, the Buyer may purchase only with the consent of the parents or guardians.


3.1. The data controller follows the following basic principles of personal data processing:
3.1.1. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.
3.1.2. Personal data shall be processed accurately and fairly.
3.1.3. Personal data is constantly updated.
3.1.4. Personal data shall be stored for no longer than required by the established purposes of data processing.
3.1.5. Personal data shall be processed only by those employees who are granted with such a right.
3.1.6. All information about the personal data processed is confidential.

3.2. The Buyer agrees that the personal data which he voluntarily submits at the time of the order will be processed in accordance with the following rules:

3.2.1. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data, has the right to know what kind of his/her personal data we have accumulated, has the right to find out to which data recipients are provided with his personal data and were provided within the last 1 year, has the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, has the right to ask for the erasure of accumulated data about him/herself and has the right to ask to stop processing the accumulated personal data, with all of this being requested by writing an e-mail to In this case, the seller must immediately implement the Buyer’s request (within 1-2 days) and delete or reliably depersonalize the Buyer’s data. If the seller sees a threat to personal data, he has the right to request confirmation of the identity document, which allows to correctly identify the Buyer.

3.3. The Data controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer who makes an order in the online store The Data controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or personal name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online store when ordering) for processing orders of goods or services or for execution of other contractual obligations entered into.  When making an order, the Client may express his/her agreement/disagreement regarding the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes. He/she does this by ticking (I agree to the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes) or by not ticking (disagrees). We send weekly newsletters to the e-mail specified by the customer and provide opportunities to unsubscribe from the newsletter (at the end of the newsletter there is a choice: “unsubscribe” — after clicking this link, the client will no longer receive the newsletter).


4.1. The Data controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data controller’s partners who provide delivery of goods or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.


5.1. The buyer must provide complete, full, and correct information about himself in the registration form. If the Buyer provided inaccurate, false, or misleading data in the registration form, the Data controller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the e-shop.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form at any time.


6.1. The Data controller has the right to amend the Rules in whole or in part after notifying everyone on the online store.

6.2. Additions or amendments to the Rules shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e., from the date they appear in the online store

6.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he/she has the right to refuse them in writing.

6.4. If after the supplementation or amendment of the Rules the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store (e-shop), it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules.


7.1. All notifications related to the processing of personal data is submitted to the Data controller by e-mail

7.2. The Data controller submits the reply in the same form as the notification or claim was received.
